Our company is currently managing over 300 units located in Greater Vancouver for owners.

• We place ads in major media for renting out the property on Owner’s behalf.
• We negotiate new and renewal tenancy agreement to obtain best interest for landlords.
• We prepare move –in and move-out inspection report to ensure property damages are recorded and needed to be charged to tenant at the end of the tenancy.
• We make modifications to the unit to obtain the best return for landlords.
• We provide 24-hour emergency services
• Our crew workers provide qualified repairs and maintenance works with competitive rate for the property
• We review the insurance to obtain sufficient coverage and reasonable rate in terms of new or renewal for the property.
• We provide periodical accounting services and prompt reports to owners. We also provide full accounting service for non-resident landlord and file Non-Resident Tax with Canada Revenue Agency on their behalf.
